When purchasing professional goods (goods purchased at the prices indicated by professionals in the online store and intended for professional use and use only by registered customers who are trained to use them), the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods in the following cases:
- the received goods do not correspond to the order;
- the goods are damaged during transportation of the consignment;
- the goods are damaged.
Goods cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse to take back returned goods or refund payments if the product has not been returned in its original, unopened condition, the packaging of the product is mechanically damaged, the packaging is defective, the content of the product does not correspond to the information in the product descriptions.
- SALON LINE does not claim ownership of the returned goods until the goods are returned to the sender.
Please note that the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Latvian Republic do not apply to purchases when the product is purchased by legal entities, including self-employed individuals. When ordering professional goods, the Customer confirms that he has been trained to use the ordered products and takes full responsibility for the possible consequences of using the products. SALON LINE is not liable for the consequences for third parties in the event of improper use of the professional product.
